I think its fine to have KFC on your jumper as long as all players and their parents are aware of how easy it is to get such crap for free, and never actually pay for it..then yes, its OK.

The other day I went and got a 'tropicana' pack from Red Rooster. ********ing thing didn't have a pineapple fritter in it. Basically it was just a half chicken and chips pack. I figured maybe it wasn't supposed to have one so I looked up on the menu board and the pack was actually shown to have not 1 but 2 pineapple fritters. As you can imagine I was shattered.

It's laughable that people expect perfect customer service when buying a $6 meal at a McDonalds type place.

Whenever I'm in there and they screw up, I'm almost always polite and nice about it, because I can understand that they are generally 15-16 year olds who haven't been properly trained, earning SFA to do a job they hate so they can have a little bit of extra money at the weekend of whatever.

Laziness is an issue, but simple mistakes are bound to happen. If it happened at a proper restaurant where I was paying $30+ for my meal it's different, but at McDonalds you generally get what you pay for.

Customers can be extremelly difficult and Leper what i meant by not ordering it right is that they say the wrong thing, change there mind 10 times then you read it back to them and they say all is good and you do it to what they said and they still say its wrong. Some people are just difficult.

The most annoying thing about working at McDonalds is i work close shifts sometimes. I have a good amount of stock up and its 2 minutes to closing so i put all the raw materials away in the freezer and fridge and being "wash up" and customers roll up at 11:59 and order triple cheeseburgers. You have no idea how annoying that is.

I do. Did it for three years. And its a pretty thankless job being the meat between the general public and their food! Amazing, in a normal circumstance they're probably the nicest, most polite people in the world. Get them hungry and shove them in car and its a different story all together. We used to get customers who would ring up week after week complaining that we got their order wrong. Here's a thought: you have a kitchen, LEARN HOW TO USE IT! If we keep getting it wrong, you're a knob for coming back!! hehhehehehe

And yes it was frustrating working with the 14 and 15 year old kids (as well as managers in their mid-20s who behaved like 14 and 15 year old kids...) but the poor souls are going through puberty, its not their fault they have the concentration spans of pickles....
