Told ya all too.

Go and watch the cats - but laugh at them and dont take it seriously. They are a heartless team it is an overused word on Big Footy "no heart" but today that is exactly what Geelong and Steven King the most pathetic skipper I have ever seen take the field. Give me the hawks Richie Vandudud over King any day.

Geelong gave you all hope defeating Brisbane, only to shatter us again.

Pathetic club.
 
Did I not tell everyone that this would happen? That we would make some half arsed run to the finals, only to be pipped and finishe 9-10th? Geelong have done it too many times. I've been calling for a tank since Geel v WCE and they been winning. Gee they **** me.

So, finally, can we tank it now?

Don't know about 9th - on todays performance it may be lower given our next few weeks.

its almost ironic that our half-wit, so-called 'supporters' like to brag about the team not making the finals because they made that prediction 2 months ago.

among the first i want to go from our club include the Yo-Yo supporters who are up when we're winning but bitch when we're losing ...

I bleed blue and white, always have and always will do. Two months ago when everyone was still crying about how we can make finals I simply stated we would not, and we would finish 9th-10th. And I was right. I have a right to say so, as im not a ****ing boppy teenager who is just in denial coz my team has been up and down all year.

Mate, everyone is bitching cause we are losing. This was supposed to be our year, and we all know our club has the goods to do so, but did not deliver. So **** off.

That's exactly not what im doing. Im not by any means saying we're at the point i'd like to see the boys at! But i know for a fact the boys are hurting (and i dare say more than u or i) - everyone at the club is aware that they stuffed up bigtime - me personally, and thats all that it is - a personal opinion - i dont see how this negativity is helping the club.

Ask any one of the players and they will tell u that they know the've failed! No doubt in my mind, but how is drilling them and calling them soft, pathetic, heartless, and *****house going to help them succeed?

Lingy, Gaz, Moons, Scarlo, Harls, Dash, Bomba ... all these guys (and all the ones i didnt mention) wear their hearts on their sleeves - and I'm going to show my respect for them by saying I will continue to buy a membership next season and continue to support the club to the upmost that I can untill the playing group and the coaches get it right and finally win the flag.

All this heartache will make the victory all the more sweeter - and I'm going to make sure that I can look back and say that I gave my all in terms of support for the boys who are trying to do us all proud.

Why should we support em when today its clearly eveidnt they are happy to go home with their 6 digit pay check and have an early holiday in september.

I was sitting in the members area where the race is when we versed Hawthorn and people clapped them of. FFS that game was totally humiliating and was total crap. I am sick of seeing us lose. We should be top 4 easy this year, we started off the season playing like Adelaide was mid-season and from there we totally blew it.

I have only really supported Geelong for 8 years (too young before that) and every year (except 04 and 05) have been mediocre. We have gone nowhere in 8 years and we are now back to where we started when Bomber was appointed coach and it shocks me that people can just accept this. I want to see the players give 100% every game and thats something this list cant do.

I'm with you 100%! Cats2rise is too! Both of us have said we will not hop off the bandwagon. Doesn't mean we can't get angry though, mate. We are their employers, in a way. A parent loves their kid more than anything on earth, but they still get angry with them all the time!
 
A sad end to a sad season, not good enough, especially considering how well the stars had aligned in our favour. Collingwood, Melbourne, the Bulldogs all losing, the door had opened a crack and we should have kicked it in, instead we allowed St Kilda to slam it in our faces.

Man I hate watching Geelong lose.

I love Geelong, always have and always will, but there are times when I want to give em up, not because I don't love em but because I can't stand the pain and heart break of losing, missing out on finals, seeing other teams take their place on the dais on the last Saturday in September instead of us.

We are so overdue for a flag and this year really did promise something.

Nick Davis robbed us of at least a prelim last year.
The NAB Cup, worthless as it is, at least meant we started well.
The first two games were sensational, and then the earth opened up and swallowed us in the worst possible way.

I don't want to die without seeing Geelong win a premiership, but every year I get closer to going unfulfilled!!!:(

Most aren't Yo-yo supporters, just extremely passionate. We love the club, that's why we get ****ed so much when they underperform. Life and the game goes on though. St Kilda won the pre-season not too long ago, they've still got a chance. We still have a chance and our time isn't running out, well maybe this year, but not next.

Things to look forward to: Jumpin Jack Jnr, Good mid-field 2nd rounders (yes there are some), the rise of Mackie (I bagged him out all season, but now I think he may be ok) Prismall (this guy will be good with more time), with some weight he will be a good player), draft - someone pull the trigger and don't mind the itchy finger, cut some of the non-performers loose, maybe look at Acker or go the hog at Bradshaw, get a new forward and midfield coach/s, someone punch Bertolacci in the nose.

And most importantly, the Cats to rise in 2007.
