Yes it got released to the GP yesterday.
I love it's simplicity and the circle features.
The one thing I hated with Facebook is just how bloated it had become. Hopefullt Google will keep it like this.

Looks like this new Facebook layout change, which surprise surprise everyone seems to dislike, has coincided perfectly with the public release of G+. Clever

They would have had planned it months ago. They just had to sit on the day google announced it to roll it out. As much as i hate FB it's a good move by them. Hopefully they can convince the trash to stay on at FB and not use g+.
