Just wondering about the general consensus of carlton fans on here

Definitely Mcphee. He's no gun but he's a good solid player who can play either end of the ground.

Neither one is just about finished and the other is a one good game three average. I just dont know what the fascination is with Maguire, do you think a smart operator like lyon would have delist him, after hudgton retired as well.

He knows very well, that he is finished for the modern game, but yet again we are looking at rejects. Develop our players like AUSTIN. if their was one player that i would have looked at it would be Macdonald proven player back.

McPhee would be a better recruit but I can't see how we'd get him. Can't be through the ND so PSD would be our only option, in which Freo has a pick before us and they are reportedly right into him if he does decide to leave the Bombers.

With the delisting of Cloke today I'm fairly certain we'll be taking Maguire either in the PSD or as a mature-age rookie.

As a swingman, having two jazza waites would be vital. Flexibility is what is essential cos coaching and having that tactical nous is like playing chess. You need to make the right move at the right time but i would be happy with either , mcguire is a bit younger though.
