Would have been a while that we play Sydney & Melbourne twice, when is the draw released? Does this mean the end of the Queens Birthday match?

Night games suck balls. Especially Saturday Nights.

Grrr

we stay have the stand alone game in sydney and the queens b'day game...this is the first year where the teams you play twice aren't necessarily the first 7 teams you play

15 MCG games, 10 night games (6 fri, 4 sat), probably 3 TD games and 4 interstate (including 1 sydney and at least 1 adelaide)

play essendon, carlton, richmond, melbourne and sydney twice

all sounds good so far

Hold On! Schedule is being redone now and wont be out until next Monday.
Original Schedule had the pies not leaving Melboune after round 12.

Like the 15 games at the G. Pure home ground advantage.

Much mixed up fixture considering rounds 1-7 don't come into play with rounds 16-22. About time we played 2 games a season against the Dees and Swans.

I like the fact we play two games at Subi. We can show them we can play there. Can also show them we play 5 interstate games, in 4 different states!

I thought we had an 18 game MCG deal and I though QB was locked in and meant only 1 game v Melb.

Why?

You have a strict bedtime? :p
My 1 and 3 year old do so it’s hard for me to attend with my wife. I also prefer day games.

It is locked in, but in the new system, it's not just the teams you play in the first 7 weeks of the season that you play twice.

I'm a bit confused. You say you THINK we play at Subi either R20 or 21 and then produce a list......

where did this fixture come from then?

Collingwood has to play two games at subi, because they played the eagles and dockers down here the last time they played. If they only have to travel to subi once again then there will be people saying Collingwood got favoured by the draw.

Good fixture! Eddie must have cut a deal with the AFL trying to keep Collingwood flying the flag for Victoria.

Saturday night games are poo as I live in QLD and only get the Lions games as they play most of their games on saturday nights.

I did enjoy some of the shellackings they got though after the grief they caused me in '02 & '03.

Sundays are also Poo as previous writers have said.

Friday nights or Saturday arvo' are best.
