Melbourne coach Dean Bailey said Green would most likely play this week after recovering well from the injury and said it would provide the side with a much-needed boost.

Dunn or Bartram probably on the chopping block. I'd say Dunn.

Green makes a great difference, I'm almost sure we would have beaten the dogs with him in.

Couple of other interesting bits in that article - good to see Bailey is noticing the form of MacNamara. But I'm surprised they won't play Jamar even if it is for 50% game time.

Great to see him back. Bolsters what is becoming a nice midfield. Im just hoping the injury doesn't effect him mentally when going in for contests.

Hope Bartram gets dropped. He tries hard but his decision making and skills are both terrible. If it wasn't for his determination, and the fact that he plays a role, he would have been dropped a long time ago.
Agree but gee he disappoints me,he was sensational in his debut year (06) but since then he's had alot of injuries, that kickout in the last quarter against the Bulldogs when he kicked it straight to Akermanis was shocking would of put a line through his name for selection this week after that kick!

I know his disposal is shocking but he trys so hard and is a great tagger. so i think we need him against the hawthorn midfield.
