News Grimes and Prestia contract extension

Looks like Grimes will be a tiger for life (never in doubt contracted now until 2023) and Perstia (now 2024) isn’t going anywhere

Going to be a massive year for us contract wise so great to have some key players locked in

Intersting to see how much of a pay increase or decrease the 2 have got, and the implications on our salary cap. Great news BTW!!!

That’s great ... but we need to offer Prestia a new contract now

Both would have taken less

Prestia got $750k x 5 to come over and has not looked back since collecting 3 premierships and would be wanting another or 2
plus with Covid and the ramifications on clubs if i was to guess i would say $550k-$600k for both Grimes and Prestia
Would agree with this take
Makes sense as well with the club getting the guys who are taking less money across the line in order to get a clear picture of what they can play with for the younger guns out of contract this season who are in line for an increase
