I think that's abit rough.

Surely, 4 wins, no loss over 12 goals and continued improvement as a team, would be enough for bluey to keep his job. Considering it's a team in it's 2nd year that started from stracth?

I think its a bit rough they told him the exact requirements, its about developing the players, getting games into young kids and making a decent amount of improvement from last year. Winning is still important, but winning is nothing but a record when your at the bottom end of the ladder (and draft picks I suppose).

5 Wins and he loses his job, 6 wins and he keeps his job? Sounds ridiculous to me.
