I'd already decided to support Sydney on Saturday afternoon, because I couldn't bring myself to support the WEagles, when they were the means of knocking my team out of the race to the Grand Final; plus my hubby's from Sydney.![]()
What absolute rubbish. Shouldn't have even been cited in the first place. If the AFL was involved in the final decision, then why didn't they interfere and give Sydney a better run with the umpires during the home and away rounds? Most frees given against Sydney and least frees given to Sydney.birdmanptr said:not surprising the afl wants their best player playing for them on saturday

Go the mighty blood stained angels in the GF.
Slip off and have a chardonnay or two in the Barossa, birdmanptr.
Mate, go and have a look at the free kick statistics and then report back.MSR273 said:So barry thumps a guy, then runs off, takes a mark and kicks a goal. It should have been a free kick against barry. Just how much more do you want the umpires to help the swans out FFS.
Then the tribunal lets him walk when everyone knows he is guilty.
I am just hoping now that if WCE win the GF, we don't get the same amount of whining nonsense about unfair decisions going against you.
That being said, the match will be the better for Hall being there, let the best team win.

birdmanptr said:Christ what more do you want tell me if you win Saturday who gets the cup Sydney or the AFL because they are your major sponsor there are 11 vic clubs just so happens one plays out of sydney
When it comes to the swans the AFL is like the salvos just keep feeding them.
plugger47 said:It will be very quiet in Adelaide this weekend so why don't you sit down and think about things before you make a fool of yourself with asinine comments. The swans bring to the AFL many millions of extra televsion rights revenue because sydney is the biggest market. You see its a really, really big city. Lots of people live up here. As a consequence the pooled revenue is shared to all clubs even the lollipops in the country town you live in. If there was a free market system (which I don't support by the way) Sydney would be a financial powerhouse because of its huge television market. I won't even mention the compensation that should have been paid to the SMFC for its enforced relocation by the VFL. Anyway enjoy yourself while you are doing nothing this weekend.

Now what does all that mean? Perhaps you could expand on the various incomprehensible themes that you appear to be running. In expanding perhaps a quick look at how the English language actually is written would be most helpful.birdmanptr said:And you are spoon fed i remember during the year your ratings were way down cause you wern't winning so uncle andrew steps in and fixws it up just like he did with hall

Perhaps also you could explain to us where the term "ratings" fits into football as we know it. I am not aware of the term "ratings" showing anywhere on the league ladder. Is this something unique to Adelaide by chance?
As for "uncle andrew" please help us out by providing an example as to how he "fixws it up" and got the Swans back on the winners track. Most intrigued to know how he managed that little trick of "fixws it up".
Finally please explain just what "uncle andrew" did for hall.
Can't wait for your next display of literary genius.![]()
