There's a difference between a joke and a joke at someone's expense. As much as ellen2010 does have giant areola's and he doesn't mind people making banter with him about them, I'm not going to say that about someone I don't associate with because to them it's not a joke. Get someone who holds, let’s say, a somewhat different perspective on things, and they get lots of people just making a “joke” about them. It adds up and it does become bullying.

I know I’m taking what’s supposed to be a light hearted thread a bit serious but sometimes it just needs to be said.

Thread is meant to be a bit of fun where posters can come and confess their posting sins.

I think it's dumb to go out of your way to antagonise other posters.

If you think someone's a flog just put them on ignore. I don't buy this you shouldn't have to bullshit. Just because they're a flog doesn't mean they shouldn't be afforded the right to voice their opinion, nor does it give you the right to antagonise them. If you're not capable of managing your reaction to them, and it is 100% your responsibility to do so, then use the tool that is made available to you.

I’m getting sick of reading the responses to people I have on ignore because others are too pigheaded to do the same.
