I can't help but enjoy listening to Dimma and the way he communicates. I think it was there last year, not just since the GF win
On the Couch was yet another great interview. Gone are the cliches and predictable defensive answers and replaced is honest open responses. I know it must be so much easier with the weight of expectation lifted, if only until Thursday night, but still it is so pleasing to watch
The way he is so team focused and happy to share the praise amongst the playing group, his coaching team and the administration is such an admirable leadership trait. I can't help but have the impression the bond in the club is at such a high level, the desire to work for each other, I can't see us falling too far in 2017.
It all starts again this week and there will no doubt be some bumps this year, maybe more that we expect or will enjoy but I like to think the bond with the playing group and the club and fans will hopefully mean we manage those challenges like the good sides that have a generation of success, not just a fleeting moment.
