What the hell is going on in WA?
Tealsby Karita, country FFA'er at best in Victoria, goes to WA & in 5 runs wins a WA Pacing Cup,beating Flashing Red easily.

Poor old Flashing Red lost about 4 metres on every corner thought his run was enormous, you can see why he goes so well in NZ with the big tracks. I actually had a fair crack at Tealsby Karita tonight as his run last week was unbelievable and this was full of FF Allers past their best bar FR who just doesn't get around the track and a couple who had no hope from the draw.

I can still remember him in Victoria running some unbelievable races in restricted grade but he was just a fruitcake back then and galloped at every second start. Couldn't imagine him even running in a FFA race let alone braining them in a Grand Circuit though.

Continues the trend though of horses going to WA and improving 100 yards - must be the weather  Surely couldn't be anything else...

No Tealsby Karita tonight in the APC,deathseated & just battled.

Seth,

Actually thought last week was a bit inflated after about 4 of the leading chances went like last weeks pay early which meant that only 2 horses in the market had any bickies left after the first half mile over a 2600 metre race. Therefore its easy to see why the winning margin was so big. Good thing hindsight isn't it

If you watch the WA Cup again, both TK & FR don't pull out until the speed duel subsides so got into the race cheap last week.

Then again, still thought Tealsby Karita would win but thought the price was way unders so stayed well clear. Tried to lay FR as he doesn't handle the track one iota but only got minimal takers unfortunately.

In essence, I think its fair to say that WA group racing is about equivalent to FFA class on the eastern states. If Be Good Johnny got on the plane, it would have been a space job in both races.

Our Safely Star used to fly the stand in Vic so might have something on him in the next as is fair odds and form has been good in WA. Hate betting in 2100 stands but hope he gets around early as no hope otherwise so not getting too involved.

$1.85,happy to lay it at that price
I was very comfortable when L L Lightning held the lead.

This thread seems to have gone dead so thought i would revive it.Know a lot of you guys either were or still are members of Insiderail and just thought i would let you know we are going along strongly. Having a winning run in the last couple of weeks with quite a few double figure winners from myself and others who are posting tips without the abuse of other sites.
cheers
Barney
