oh my god....r u trying to make some kind of joke....have u seen the redcliffe 4 and 5 yo champs were be dilgent sat 4 wide from the 800 and blew them outa the water...arkamigo couldnt even keep the back of him...and when be diligent won that race at 20-1 beating iron hudge,,, he went 4 wide and jogged past arkamigo in the 3 wide then and gave him a cold....be diligent is far superior to arkamigo....
in the videos u just showed....very cool walked the first half and arkamigo got to the chair using not much energy...be dilgent went 3 wide with a lap to go and started to struggle when rattray put his foot down on very cool. arkamigo only beat be dilgent home by 2.5 meters....
the other one saw a great dixon drive and be diligent was 3rd up and hes improved since then although arkamigo held him safely at bay but that race is the only time hes beaten him on his merits...queensland derby included....will be a differnt story tomorrow mate
are we just presuming fluer de lil isnt running lol

17th march 2007 - Arkamigo leads and Be Diligent beats him home by 2m in a 1.58.3 over 2100m from the death.
27th April - Arkamigo again leads and gets knocked off by Be Diligent by3m this time in a flying 1.57.7 over the 2100m from the death again
5th may 2007 - Arkamigo leads a third time and once again Be Diligent in the death but this time Arkamigo prevails by a head in a 1.58.3 over the 2100m
12th May 2007 - Same thing as previous races but BD knocks him off by 2m in a 1.58.1 over the 2100m, final half 56.4
6th July 2007 - Arkamigo leads the 3 wide line, Be Diligent trailing him up with cheap sit. In a flying 1.57.5 over the 2100m final half 56.8 off the track, Be Diligent prevails by 2m
14th July 2007 - Queensland Derby - Be Diligent in the death, Arkamigo sitting near last while Lombo Pocket Watch leads the 3 wide lane. Arkamigo sails over the top of both of them in a 1.59.4 over the marathon 2680m.
24th July 2007 - 3 horse field, walk sprint, Be Diligent wins by 2m in a 55.9 last half
4th April 2008 - Arkamigo in the death, Be Diligent trailing up 3 wide but gallops on the final bend while Arkamigo flies home in 56.9 to win... BD wouldnt have won anyway imo!
26th April - Arkamigo leads throughout to beat BD in there usual roles in a 1.57.3 56.1 half over 2100m
7th May - Arkamigo and BD back in the feld, BD runs a blinder while Arkamigo cant go. BD bolts in by 14m from Arky in third.
5th July - Arkamigo in the death, BD leads the 3 wide line. VERY SLOWLY run race till 800m mark, sprint home in 57.0 neat, BD gone on the corner battling away 3m behind Arkamigo.
12th July - Arky and BD back in the field, both trail up 3 wide, BD sprints home like a champion while Arky cant go at all
So after all that what i can say is this. Be Diligent has the honours so far but theres hardly anything between them. Arkamigo has been getting knocked off by some pretty average horses recently but his last run tells me hes ready to fire on all cylinders. When you can run home in 27.2 at Albion Park, thats nearly as good as it gets, only the best of the best can run that split at the end.
I hope the public sends out Arkamigo at big overs, it's time to turn the tables and besides, maybe Fluer De Lil will take the death which means Be Dilligent will have to set sail 3 wide on the final bend at Redcliffe which means he will lose a length or 2! Every metre counts in this race!

if be diligent had gate speed it would be 13-0 my friend...but he doesn't...it seems every time arky has won hes had the easier run...u just showed how badly he mixes his form...one day he leads and BD sit outside him and he wins...the next they take there usual roles and BD wins...but there gettin into open class now and this is what matters 7-5 may not be far superior but it is still superior...7-5...i mean 8-5

R2 - Abercrombie Dexter... Value selection if the leaders do to much work up front, went to the line hard held last start never seeing daylight
R3 - Enjays Cam/Nappattack Jack quinella ..... Enjays Cam fly out, lead, then take sit on Nappatack Jack.... If Enjays Cam cant cross, i'm in trouble!
R4 - Davey J(place) ..... Start very short... no point backing the win...
R5 - Jarendan .... I think he shall be to good again!
R6 - Panorama Swing/Mister Swinger quinella .... draws make this obvious

R4 - Santuzza - Going for it because it'll be paying more then Tipsy Tollgater. Santuzza ran a blinder first up, bolted in leading all the way final split 27.6. Will he hand up to Tipsy Tollgater? I don't know!
R5 - Navajo Candy be default. If Dixon has a brain, he lets Our Last Banner lead, trails it, shoots through, wins easy
R6 - Arkamigo to lead throughout. Be Diligent only danger. Lay the rest and yes that includes Fluer De Lil but not Destreos, i respect the trainer to much.

i agree 100% shes the perfect lay as she will defiantly start favourite and she wont lead...she might even end up in the death and thats the last place she wants to be...i think ur on the money there...alll will be told around 9.05

Of course! Have to go with your reads! I know Be Diligent can knock him off but i just believe at the price from the draw and on there last runs, i know where the value is. There shouldn't be much between them on the line! I'm just hoping Dixon finds the front, Imagine the 2 inside horses take him on or Fluer De Lil flies the gate under the stick! I always look for worse case scenarios. Good thing about Be Diligent is you know where he'll be and he has options to sit back or death seat!

I said somewhere earlier in this thread about Mirakulous last start hes doctor jeckyll and mister hyde when i tipped him. I get off and up he gets at 16-1, backed him the place on betfair though for a tenner (for interest) because of the late scratchings.... got something at least but so sick! Kylie Rasmussen i'm finding gets the best from her small team!

The race was setup for him man, the lead time was to fast, then 29.9 first split (quick at redcliffe) ... Dixon had to hand up ... Still won plenty, laid Fluer De Lil for everything and then some. I seriously figured Fluer De Lil would start around 3.00..... i nearly choked when the punters wanted 1.60!
