Next race in QLD is a beauty and most of them have drawn well. Everythings revolves around Destreos tho and he should be clear cut favourite. Because it's a high pressure race assuming Destreos doesn't lead i'll stay well clear again. I do hope Shortys Star leads tho, he's in good form and the way he's racing one would think the mile would suit him alot more then the 2100. Won't be all doom and gloom for Mccarthy stable if SS can't lead as that would mean Funny Boy leads and Artifactor has his back which would be interesting.

More i think about it they should either lead or butcher SS in the breeze and not Destreos over. Doubt they'll do it but i'd like to see it

Looking foraward to this race, Artifactor is just drawn to get a good run i feel. Would love to see him sitting on the back of the leader and have one shot at them in the straight

Very good race, Destreos was extremely brave as usual, Artifactor had his chance but got nabbed late thanks to a great drive by Petroff on Our White Knight

400 place Millburn Michael in the next. Don't like the fact he has to give Mccarthy runner such a head start. Guess i'm only betting on if he breaks or not, can't miss the place otherwise.

I would bet on Tuhimata Glass being quite slow at the start if i could I dont think drawing the front will be that much of an advantage.

Agree with your bet, MM is in great form and i couldnt see him galloping out of it unless he was interfered with by another runner? What odds do you think he will be?

Yeah i would rate him about that too, just cant see him not finishing top 3. Im thinking i might just have a bit of a go at him to place on Sportingbet and hope for a tote price of around $1.50-60 if it looks like that is possible.

No doubt it will then come into $1.10 after the event on the tote i pick

Thanks mate In what hasn't been a quality meeting i reckon we have both done pretty well. The Dubbo stats are starting to look ok now, both picked 2 winners and both were one of our best bets at around the $4 price each
