Toast Hate plays 100 games as a Demon

What can be said about Hate that hasn't already been mentioned elsewhere?

A former admin, a four time Frankston Rover recipient, Hall of Famer, Immortal, TFLUA Tiger award winner, 7 times All-SFA, premiership player, 6th all time in beez votes, 1st all time in hitouts.

Creator of the absolutely amazing Sweet F.A.+ a resource that literally changed the league forever.

All of this has been said before, and will be said again, but one thing that hasn't been on the immortal's resume until now is 100 game player player for Mount Buller.

This Sunday that item can be added to the list.

This will be the third club that Hate has played 100 games for and out of all of them Mount Buller is certainly the most recent.

For me personally, Sweet F.A Plus was a big part of getting into the league, being able to look through the stats history, see who had played a lot of games, see what good numbers were like for different positions, it helped a lot and gave me something to work off beyond the banter and threads on the board

My time in the league has been made richer by Hate's presence as well as their dedication to the league and keeping SweetFA+ running even when they've not had the time to post much.

So thank you Hate and congratulations on 100 games for the the Delons

Hate has been a cherished and well-respected member of this community for long enough that he's probably heard every form of praise imaginable, but for 100 games with our amazing club he deserves just a few more lines.

Hate isn't just the hard-working, behind-the-scenes, league-lore-building behemoth we all see on the outside.

He's also an incredibly fun and sharp poster who we've absolutely adored having at the Demons, especially as part of our LG. He's level-headed and very supportive as a team-mate and leader, and was invaluable backup for me as a Captain.

I daresay that notching up 100 games for this club would be clear #1 on the list of achievements for the vast majority of bozos in this league, but it speaks to Hate's level that it's probably only #1 by a smidge.

Words cannot accurately describe how important Hate's contribution to the league has been. Sweet FA+ is a pure gift to us all. We should need no formal reason to celebrate Hate, but 100 games for this great club is another feather in their cap!

Well what can I say about Hate. I remember back in Season 7 when I was captain of the Wonders and I noticed a young, lanky, long haired ruck who was playing for the Old Boys. He was a keen young up and coming player who I saw great potential in. I turned to my VC at the time, Van_Dyke and asked, “have you seen my qooty bag” and the rest folks, as they say is history. Hate is a part of the furniture now at Mt Buller, a great team mate, easy to get along with and more than happy to give Proper Gander a shoulder ride when her legs get a tad tired.

No one will ever do as much for the League as he has with his sfa+ and it’s an honour to play with him and call him friend.

I've always been a fan of Hate and am proud to call him my teammate. All citizens of the SFA should be thankful to him for putting the SFA+ together. Which I understand took a significant amount of copy and pasting.

Hate is just a rock. Solid, dependable, always there and never lets the team down. He's been a valuable addition to the fabulous Buller comrades and I'm looking forward to playing many more games alongside him.
