How good did De Luca play!!! With De Luca, Fevola and Fevola in attact it is a pretty decent forward line.

For me, him and Scotland were two of the biggest positives to take out of the North Melbourne game.

Damn right! A forward line with two Fevola's would be unbeatable!

Fevola, Whitnall and Morrell playing in the forward at the same time makes us a mush more dangerous team. This is why Whitnall should NOT play at CHB.

As for DeLuca, he can be another option up forward but we need crumbers up there otherwise the opposition will rebound in a flash.

HF: DeLuca, Whitnall, Any of Houlihan/Lappin/Harford/Campo/Fisher
FF: Kenna, Fevola, Morrell

Can be too dependent on talls. I'd prefer DeLuca in the ruck and pinch hitting in the forward line, rucking there and also providing an extra option. May fill in a spot in defence, where he'll drop down there and cut off any leads.

But we've found the right balance: Whitnall, Fevola and Morrell. The three other players should be crumbers/forward pocket types with speed and the ability to stop rebound and keep the ball inside 50. This is what we're lacking in our forward line at the moment. We need to keep the ball in there and stop rebounds, especially from more speedy defenders.

I agree with you there on De Luca - his clean hands and neat disposal was very impressive.

Also I am becoming more and more of a Fisher fan every week - I think if he can overcome the 'yips' with his kicking he will be a gun because he has the confidence and ability to break open games of football.

On the other note, I am loving Houla and Lappin down back but could we afford one of them up forward crumbing the likes of Feva and Diggers?? Kenna adds the occasional spark but hasn't fully sparked up yet over four quarters.....what that little dynamite needs is a bag of goals and he will be on his way (hopefully that comes this week when he carves up that junk bomber defence!)
