I'd guess around an hour but of course it depends on traffic.

As long as it's two metres above sea level.

Unlike the old Glenferrie oval eh, Lord Mud. Sometimes I think the Hawthorn swimming pool must have overflown and flooded that ground. However, that said I did witness some great games there.

Yep, I thought it was about to be announced. There's a large piece of vacant land next to the Eastlink exit at Burwood Highway.

Get in early and buy in!

Yeh they are and I very much doubt that we could use that area.

Pretty sure when Mirvac sell the last property there, we pay $1 and take ownership of the old grand stand.
