Hey guys, gotta mate at work (carlton). Who is constantly complaining and keeps calling Shaw a cheat. Says "although he gets high posessions 99% are uncontessted and are in-effective. Also feels he is the most UNACCOUNTABLE player in AFL, anytime there is a hint of pressure on him he crumbles" I LAUGH OUT LOUD man it gets me sooo fired up. He serious and wants me to post so i could get any more of peoples ideas

H.Shaw is consistantly in the top 5 of the game for contested possesions. His oponent never has an impact, either because he just beats him to the ball and reads the play well or because his oponent is actually trying to tag him. Also I think he would have one of the highest contested marks to total marks ratio in the game. He is very good under pressure and rarely beaten one on one.

Your mate(?) at work is a buffoon who clearly is just pushing your buttons or has absolutely no idea....Heath Shaw is not only very accountable, he has the ability to zone off and help out and provide run and attack going the other way. He is a reliable if unspectacular kick of the footy and generally makes great decisions. But make no mistake.....Heater's first priority is to beat his direct opponent.

Go and have a read of the Carlton boards on this website and you can have yourself a chuckle. They seriously think they have a deep list with the best kids in the country. They will swear black and blue that Josh Kennedy is better than Travis Cloke, Andrew Walker better than Scott Pendlebury, Setanta better than Presti etc etc. They have been so bad for so long they mistake mediocrity (for which they aspire) for genuine class.

carazzo is a cheat too, just with less smarts or skill.

Shaw only cheats against opponents who let him "cheat" if cheating is the same as "footy smarts" or "reading the play" then Heath Shaw can cheat as much as he wants......at least then he is the best "cheat" in the comp.
