Help With Internet Explorer

I have recently installed Internet Explorer 7 onto my laptop and for some reason whenever I visit a website that i have recently visited, no new content is refreshed. So say if I visit Bigfooty at 4.00pm, when i revisit at 10.00pm all the posts are still the same, unless I refresh the browser. Can get annoying especially when it does the same with individual threads.
I have had IE 7 on this laptop before and never had this problem, only when i reinstalled it after reformatting it.
Any help with this would be much appreciated, Cheers.

Yeah,
get the latest Firefox Beta. It's great, and is soooooo much better than IE

Anyway Kahuna_202 click on

Tools > Internet Options > Browsing History Settings > Check for newer versions "automatically" or "every time I visit a website"


Edit: and i just realised this is a month old topic.

Thanks heaps for that, all fixed now. Was getting very tired of clicking refresh every time I visited a thread
