Lock him in for the rest of the year, please. Only his second game but he's doing plenty.

Has big upside but is pushed off the ball far too easily and that's twice in two games that he's had his man well beaten on the lead only to have it slip through his fingers.

Will be a player, but a long way to go.

Some of his mistakes, like the one you mention, can be attributed to nerves. His hands are fine.

Ricky's challenge is to have both the confidence and the engine to maintain a consistent effort over four quarters. He's probably not going to rack up huge numbers, but he needs to have a more consistent impact. Once he develops this, he'll be a very good player for us. Has a real feel for the game, plus fantastic speed for his height.

He'll be a very difficult defensive matchup given a bit more development time - ala Burton before he stuffed his knee. 2011 can't come soon enough.

Doesn't have anything close to the same upside as Tex, but he's got some exciting attributes. Well worth persisting with for the remaining 10 rounds.

He would have to be one of my favourite players and was one of a few highlights yesterday.

I love watching him play. The way he runs, leaps for marks, kicks goals. He seems to have a real feel for the game despite being a relatively inexperienced footy player.

I'm looking forward to watching him develop in the years to come :thumbsu:

I thought Henderson was super impressive for a guy playing his second AFL game. He didnt look out of place one bit and looked very confident out there. He seems to have all the qualities you need including good size, great skills, hardness at contest and pace to burn for a tall guy. I think he would be a perfect lead up half forward along with Davis in the future and also think he would go very well on the wing. Great start to his AFL career.

He looked really good. Raw pace for a tall guy was outstanding. Hopefully he can develop further throughout the year. :thumbsu:

Yep, as has been mentioned, this is a work in process and we won't see his best for another few years.

His athletecism is great and bball IQ gives him a terrific understanding of current defence structures.

His ability to lead up and play a high forward role is fantastic considering his time in the game.

Has such good athletic qualities for his size. Has Otten like agility but with much more pace and acceleration. Going to be a very exciting player.

A forward line next year with Tippett, Walker, Henderson, Knights is salivating :)

He's an important find with that athleticism.

A forward line of Tippett, Walker, Porplyzia is dangerous and classy but really lacks in defensive pressure.

All other forwards down there must be very athletic and cover the ground quickly to offset the other guys.

I liked when we had a ball up inside our forward fifty, Hendo was around the outside of the pack running around trying to lose his opponent and hit the ball at pace. Would love to see Dangerfield do this, leaves us a bit exposed if we lose the tap but Dangerfield's strength combined with some momentum is hard to stop.

I think we are getting a tad carried away... but I am a fan. He made a big mistake early when deciding to have a shot from 60 to out on the full, but probably reflects the fact he thinks he's a chance from that distance.

I gave him a pass... not outstanding but just good enough to keep his spot. He definitely faded in the second half to the extent I thought he might have been injured as he just didn't get near it for ages.

He has the attributes I think... just needs to get to more contests.

He got a pass mark for mine, nothing more than that. Was hardly sighted in the 2nd half. I can see something in him but he is very very raw and still a few years off yet. Love the pace he has for a man his size.

I can see a bright future for him. It's great to have a half forward who has the ability and work rate to provide a target for our rebounding defenders. All we need now is a genuine small, speedy crumbing forward and we'll have a potentially great forward line.

He will be awesome.

Dropped 2-3 marks that he'll take with more experience at the top level. You've got to realise that he's still pretty new to the game, so he's still learning on the job.

His upside is huge. Kicked 3, would've kicked another if he didn't drop a virtual sitter (went up too early). Has insane pace, a very impressive work-rate, beautiful skills and leads to dangerous areas.

In 2-3 years he'll be amazing.
