His goal from the boundary was an absolute snorter :eek: and the crowd went apeshite. I was slapping high fives everywhere.
Its his 2nd and 3rd efforts and his chasing in the forward line that is so good for someone with less than 10 games to his name. :thumbsu:

Hendomania is coming to a ground near you for hopefully the next 10 years!!

What a star in the making. From the moment I saw him playing reserves for footy for Central I knew he could play AFL. There was just something about him.

His goal sense up forward is outstanding let alone for someone who hasn't played a huge amount of footy in their lifetime. What also impresses me is his work through the centre of the ground and even when he sneaks back to help out in defence.

He's just so good!! :D
 
Hey guys, really liked his goal in the last where he go the handball on the half back flank then pushed forward to get on the end of the play and still had enough in the tank to kick the goal. Big effort in the first quarter let alone the last.

Exactly what I was going to post, but you beat me to it.

Dead-set goal of the match. A gut-busting run deep in the last quarter, and then a miracle kick from the boundary line.

Get this professionally printed as a real banner, it's almost as awesome as Hendo himself.

You might get into strife for the public display of pornography, but I think the Police would enjoy it too.
 
The club needs to give him and the other kids long term contracts not those two year ones.

I must admit, I hadn't really seen a helluva lot to convince me that he has the pace that everyone was talking about before his debut. Glimpses, but not much more. But that chase down on one of the quickest guys in the AFL was simply awesome!

You need to pay more attention to him! He would nearly be the fastest player on our team. When he's trotting around he doesn't really look like it because he doesn't exactly move his legs that fast but it's more the ground he covers with longer strides. But when he hits full pace he really moves very, very fast.

Oh believe me, I'm paying attention ;)

Nah, I just think back to his debut and us selecting him over Walker for his pace under the roof at Etihad. At the time I thought it was obvious that most players on our list would be quicker than Walker but didn't see more than glimpses of genuine burning pace.

In recent times, we're not just seeing the glimpses of pace but we're seeing him use it better all over the ground, and this has been so important to us being able to utilise both Tippett and Walker deep in the forward line. His inclusion has been as important as that of Griffin, two moves with massive payload.

The rundown on Wojcinski was about 20m from me and for some reason I just saw it coming. People out their seats cheering was just fantastic. Loving Hendo.

He's got a bit of that about him. I knew he was going to slot that one from 50 (which was disallowed with Tippett holding Lonergan) and for whatever reason, I knew he was going to slot that one from the boundary in the last quarter.

In between that, I did not expect him to drop two or three easy chest marks :confused:

What an enigma :D
 
It's always a positive sign when supporters have such confidence in young players who have not been around for much more than a handful of games. Its a freakin exiting prospect!!!
