In any other billion dollar industry, if this pathetic lack of governance took place you would be talking millions in compo. The AFL commission don't run the specific training regime of a particular player, it's the legal entity called the Essendon FC!!!

Bombers must be sweating as 33 cases may follow a precedent that has been set!

Win or lose if Dyson pursued this surely his future is elsewhere.

To me Dyson is a Bomber through and through but the players as loyal as they are have explored all the options available before the last option of potentially suing the club! Someone has to pay and you can't give Dyson what he wants and the other 33 players what they don't want!
