Neagle has been asked to lower his weight to under 100 kilograms, to have a skinfold measure of less than 60 and to achieve score in the beep test, or shuttle run, of more than 13.

This is from the 29th, but I didn't know the specifics of his targets.

By the sounds of it, he would've struggled to get an 8 at the start of pre-season.

GWS coach Kevin Sheedy, who coached Neagle in his early period at Essendon, has not ruled out recruiting him in the upcoming rookie draft, in which GWS has the first eight choices and can pick players overlooked in the national and preseason drafts.
