How do I get a Tiger ringtone?

Pardon me if this is in the wrong place - and please pardon my technological ignorance anyway.

I am computer and internet savvy - but I am quite ignorant of mobile phones.
But I have just joined the 21st Century and acquired my first mobile - Nokia 6070.

How can I get the Richmond song as the ringtone?

I don't have Internet access on the phone and I don't have any connection from the phone to my PC.

Any advice?

Get a mate who has it to bluetooth it to you.

you need internet access because they just send you a link to download it
