How do you rate the new BF layout?

looks alright but a couple of problems

1. didnt realise it till it was mentioned, but where is the login? not that i need it i'm permanently logged in, but im sure others would have this problem

2. the google advertisement underneath every first post in every page of a thread on this entire forum (literally) is annoying as ____

Ditto. I'm travelling at the moment so I'm not permanently logged in. Annoying the first few times before I realised where it was.

Agree with the other guy on the ads too, they're shit.

The layout is fine, the colours are what makes it poor, it is just bland and boring, doesn't really make you want to use it, brighten it up and put some nice colours and it will get a 9.

Whats annoying me is when I click My BigFooty to see the threads I've posted in the link I used to click on to go back to the main page forum is gone. So I keep clicking home and keep getting taken back to the stupid homepage with previews of posts.

Not a huge deal, will just have to get into the habit of clicking Forum instead.

Yeah and it's much harder to find the search page. The search bar up the top is all well and good, but it doesn't give you the advanced options.

I agree. Gave it a 2 coz NOTHING could be worse than the AFL site. We all can't afford broadband to run it.
First the left hand menu, then the ad underneath, what next?? Caro as moderator??
