Is on the Hawk website that Boyle and Roughy are playing for Box Hill this w/end vs Williamstown at the Lexus Centre. Most of the draftees should be in action that day, can't wait to see it.

Has anyone seen him at training?

Yup. Thrice. He's looking good, hasn't lost any agility as far as I can tell.

It will be more about regaining fitness and touch in the early part of the season, and his body is looking much bigger so he'll have to adapt with carrying a different frame to before he went down with the injury.

Great to see him get a hitout before the season proper. The kid deserves some luck.

If anyone can help, which leg suffered the injury? was it the dominant one he would jump off? Just heard harvey from the roos on the radio, after being questioned bout shannon motlop's career, he explained how motlop, although displaying great skills, initially lost alot of his spring & I think pace? from suffering a leg injury to his dominant leg b4 he was eventually delisted when Dean Laidley was appointed..

Heard he played well in the first half for Boxhill
Good news
Yeah I heard that too. Think it was the Box Hill 2nds though. He only played the 1st half but was best on up till then, pulling down plenty of big,one grab marks. Kirkby also played full-back for the 2's and was very impressive.

Yeah it was Box Hill ressies, and he was bloody good. Better than I expected he would be after a year off footy, but he was back 2003 form.
