Personally I think he will be alright, a bit of an unknown quantity and could suprise a few people.
Premiership within the next 4 years for me.
Can we pinch one with Fletch, Lloyd , Mal and Lucas ? Maybe, probably not. Will take years to replace that lot.

That's exactly the reason you all express great support for him. It's a marvellous thing to just say hey he'll be great. After all what other choice is there. Apart from highlighting the very amaturish nature in which the board went about the process. Oh and also the fact that Knights has done nothing at Bendigo. I've watched him coach almost every game at the QEO and it's not something I am looking forward to with the seniors.
