How to get Shaw?

Okay, my backline is:

Kennelly, Gilbee, Bradshaw, King, Barlow, Cornes, Ibbotson, Proud, Pfiefer.

Have 13 trades left. Unfortunately (from a SC point of view) im out of the country for the next 4 rounds of footy, and have to leave before round 8 selections. Will leave trading till after the weekends game though.

Barlow isnt going to go much higher, so I wanted to upgrade him to Shaw since this is as cheap as he is going to get.

I have three options to upgrade Barlow:

A) Bradshaw for Myers ($145,000 in the bank) - maybe Bradshaw wont perform as well as he has the first few rounds. I know Brown wasnt playing this week so that didnt help Bradshaw. Myers will probs play most games form here on in. Leave me with playing two of Pfieffer, Proud, Ibbotson and Myers.

B) Simmonds for Mumford ($17,000 in the bank) - Mumford not likely to play much, and would leave we with Cox and Kruzier playing, and Hampson and Mumford benched. Was never planning on getting rid of Simmonds, and if i was i think id wait since his value is still on its way up.

C) Rioli for Mayne ($18,000 in the bank) - Mayne will probably play most of the year, as long has he is injury free, and Rioli surely cant get much higher. Even if he does, a rise of $300,000 wasnt expected and id be happy with that. Would leave with needing to play 2 of Mckinnley, Dew, Tippet and Mayne.

Im leaning towards A, coz i think its safer, and will leave me with a larger bank balance. Least favoured is B.

Alternatively, I could do nothing.

What would you do?

Can I say with all due respect, A, B & C are all rubbish.

A) Bradshaw had 1 bad score for the year and it came against a near full strenght cats defence with no JB to act as foil, not to mention their best mid missing starving his service.

B) Simmonds pwned on the weekend and is starting to put together some very nice scores. Ottens has been tipped to come back in after the DT game meaning Mumford probably won't play again this year. I'd trade Kruz before I did that.

C) Rioli is a gun and IMO a keeper. He had one bad game so you want to jump off.

I dont want to jump off any of these players. I thought i made it clear in my first post that im trying to find a way to get Shaw. These are the only options i see.

Couldnt trade Kruzier coz i dont have enough cash - otherwise i agree with you and it would have been an option.

The "Alternatively, I could do nothing." was an option up there. I was looking for advice.

Dont have either. Cornes and Priddis are the only ones, but id prefer not to trade them out.

I was looking at Rioli and Bradshaw simply because they have well over performed, and id make a profit from them. Bradshaw i never intended to trade out, but Rioli i did take as a cash cow.

Guess i got plenty of time to think about it.

Forward line would be Franklin, Pav, Murphy, Deledio, JB, Dew and one of Mayne / Tippet / McKinley.

out of your 3 options i would do the rioli one. id rather have bradshaw in my team than rioli (even though i have both myself). bradshaw is a gun and on saturday he played against a gun side and a gun defender so you'd assume he wont be scoring any worse than what he did. he is also much more likely to score 150+ than rioli is imo and you look like you could cover him with one of those 3 bench options anyway.
