We certainly could have used his ten touches a game in the midfield.

Ahh but we were saying the same about Tucky.

You senced it was his year.

Bit harsh there John. That was under the master coach Frawley. I can remember so many of our players blitzing last year when the spud was coach. Would have exploded this year under Wallace and his style of play. He can be a game-breaker and would have done so this year. Wallace had the biggest wraps on him of all our up and coming onballers. Massive shame we will have to wait for next year now. Pray his injury doesn't hinder him from playing his best attacking footy.

GO TIGES!!!

LMAO John, classic !! :D

Seriously though I can see Rodan being our next W.Campbell and getting a tonne of possessions and kicking the ball straight up and down for the next 10 years

LOL

I'm a fan of his. Can sometimes run himself into a bit of trouble, but at least he creates. Terry's way would suit him to the ground. I'd take him over a kicking-into-teammates-backs Tivendale any day.

I`m with you on that one tigertrance.

Remembering Frawley had him on and off the ground every five minutes , never had the real chance to settle .

another player left mostly in starvation corner last year. being a forward pocket in that side must have been frustrating to say the least. even brown struggled to kick goals.

Yeah Rodan by all reports was ready to explode.

It may have happened.

Or he may have joined Krakouer, who was also being touted as ready to Hellenicise the opposition before the season started.

And his 26 metre kicks to a contest!

But this was really meant to be his year. Whether he survivesthe end of year cleanout can only be speculated at this stage. Remember Plough's view on Liberatore in "Year Of The Dog" ... he wanted the injured little bloke out, but reluctantly acceded.

most sensible remark yet young bentleigh....I reckon that D-Rod will thrive under wallace...the ol Bulldog midfield was full of players like rodan...and by all accounts like Tucky he was burning in pre season....would have been very handy as he's proven to be a good goal sneak in his brief career to date

Look at Pettifer beginning to bloom ...and he has a couple of years on D Rod

Saw him running up the stairs today at the g.

Looked like he could of had a ball in his hand whilst he was doing it.

Libba came back in the same season - could he? I want as much pressure on the senior squad as possible.
