How will finals pan out?

Just thought it would be interesting to look at who people think will be in the GF... With the Saints and Cats form being questionable over recent weeks, and Collingwood and the Bulldogs having a total of 2 unavailable players between them, it looks to be a tight finals series. Then theres Adelaide - winning their last 3 matches by a total of 173 points, and losing the 2 games before that despite having more scoring shots in those games. Has inaccuracy cost Adelaide a 5 game winning streak into the finals?

Currently the TAB website has Stkilda as odds on favourite for the flag at $3.25. But in the last few weeks you can see how the odds have been changing. After a quick google I found that

Adelaide are obvoiusly the big movers of the last month. Helps me think my thoughts of Adelaide going all the way are more than just my heart speaking

Saints have struggled in recent weeks. Could the bubble have burst? Or are they playing it safe? I think the bulldogs could go all the way providng they keep their full team on the park. They have 1 injured player atm, although I cant rememebr who it was, a full squad is a huge advantage.

Carltons lack of defence and Essendons lack of players make me think they will be eliminated first round.

I know Saints out in straight sets is a big call but I said back in round 10 or 12 they are peaking too early. So that is my prediction

Geelong may have some injured players back come prelims, and so I have them knocking off collingwood (I hope). And the adelaide vs Bulldogs is hard to call.


What does everyone else think? This turned out a bit long lol. Was trying to kill time waiting for the missus to get home...
