Which is my way of saying I renewed my membership today. I got a Concession 11, so I'll be seeing you at the games. But why start a whole new thread on this?

Actually, there are a few things I'm curious about: Last year I got a small magazine with my membership containing player profiles and interviews with the president, coaching staff etc. Why didn't I get one this year? Will it be coming out later in the year? (Last year, I didn't get my membership until about the middle of the season).

Also, is anyone here a member of the DIP (Demons Incentive Plan), or know anybody who is? This scheme gives money to the Demons if they win games. To me it seems like an old grandfather who gives "a shiny penny" to his grandchildren if they behave! Besides, surely they're being paid to win games any way. If they lose, they're not doing their job properly, and if they win, then they're earning their keep.

That's my thoughts, anyway.

the season guide is coming in the next week, and u r one step ahead of me too, i havent renewed cos i havent had the cash, but it doesnt stop 3 emailsand 2 phone calls from the clubs asking why i havent renewed, the same guy called me twice. HULLLLLLOOOOOO geez it pisses me off when they hound ya like that.

Thanks for clearing that up for me. I got my membership, and was looking through all the stuff when I thought "Hang on a minute, something's missing." I was hoping it wasn't just a once-off!

I have not been called or emailed. Did get something in the mail today, along with the season guide. I'll read it when I find time. I'm in no hurry to renew.

Well while Mishy was wagging school today and I was on a great excursion which involved shopping around the city! (I LOVE MY SCHOOL ), she messaged me and told me she got the magazine which is so damn unfair coz she doesn't even have her membership! I thought I will get mine too but I haven't got it yet so yeah I'm still waiting.....

Oh and Mishy, I talked to Jason about Andy some more and yeah he said he looks pretty happy and that his girlfriend is really nice and that he really likes her!! *thank god!*

I do agree though, that stuff can be left off the board. Email them or chat with them if u need to convey THAT sort of info. We don't really need to read it.

Its been going on for years. Its not going to stop now. If its not about how much wax Woey uses or how sexy Robbo looks, its about teenage crushes in the schoolyard. As far as I am concerned, I could not give a fat rats clacker about all that garbage

The thing is, when we say this, they just tell us not to read their posts etc. Which I think is unfair........why the hell should they get to right stuff that we can't read??

I really do think that there should be some sort of limit to that stuff, mainly because it really isn't very fair to us. We can only take so much of it........and plus, we don't do any of that sort of stuff, so why should they be allowed??

I really think this should be taken into consideration and talked about with Dee and the others!
