I sat right on the aisle where the coaching staff run up and down in between quarters on Friday night. Plough has a fair crack in the solarium! He makes the rest of the coaching team look like albinos. Choco Royal and David Wheadon seem to do it the hardest in the run up the stairs. David King and Plough handle the stairs pretty easily.
