... Lots.

Originally I was wrong about Patfull.

I was a little bit wrong about Rockliff. I didn't think he would ever be the player I expected Redden and Rich to be, and much as I like those guys, Rocky has moved past them as players.

Though i never expressed my doubts, I was also wrong about Harwood. I thought Harwood was good enough but had missed his opportunity, the way he has fought back into the side and is building a career is a credit to his strength of character.

Fortunately I was wrong about the Merrett incident. Sold both Bewick and Crisp a bit short but I guess the jury is still out. Also wrong about Sam Sheldon, I thought he'd make it. Starting to worry about Ryan Lester (I thought he was on track to an A-grader) after another low energy display, just not sure what is going on there.

Supporting Vossy as coach to the bitter end is another one I am not sure if I was right or wrong. Still think the club did the wrong thing with him from his under-resourced early years to his sacking. Very pleased with Leppa almost from day one, though I have no posts to back up that statement.

Forgot - I was wrong about Patfull too. I always thought it was one "l"

Yeo - thought he was a loyal bloke
Longer - thought he was a good bloke
Karnezis - thought he was not a mummy's boy
Docherty - thought he could kick straight
Polec - thought he would run both ways

Green - I thought he'd 'graduate' from the forward line and start spending a bit more time in the middle, but he has made the position his own and really filled a hole in our list that Banfield left.

Interesting. Because i seem to recall that Green's player review for 2013 suggested that we should stop wanting to turn him into a midfielder and accept that he could be a quality small forward. Sage words indeed from whoever wrote that.

Actually I think he isn't bad going through the midfield at times but probably less suited to that than Zorko and or Taylor

I thought Gold Coast would spank us -WRONG

I thought Merrett would cop 2 weeks at least - WRONG

I thought we would finish at least 10th or better this year(Even with change of coach) - Still a chance but going with WRONG

I thought I would post a lot more this year - WRONG

I think I will just keep my opinions to myself for the remainder of the year - CORRECT lol :)

Thought it was Dustin Martin who took bikies into the rooms after the game against us.

Turns out I was completely mistaken - it was in fact Jake King.
No you're thinking of ....

Oh bugger.

Really thought Banners would turn it around.

Wanted Longer at pick 7.

Put more than 5 minutes thought into whether we should have taken Cousins rather than Rockliff in the PSD. So 5+ minutes of wrong.

I was wrong about so many things mentioned in this thread that I now must acknowledge that I know sweet bugger all about the Lions specifically and football in general. And darling, you were right.
