It's great to see all of the press that the International Cup is getting. It's miles ahead of what happened last time. What about crowds? Are there any at the games? About how many people are at these games and does anyone recall how many were at the matches in 2002?

Any popular Aussie buzz on anticipation of the Grand Final?

Wait until the weekend to get a true reflection. Unfortunately I've had to work up to this point, otherwise I'd have been every day.

Yeah no doubt its definetly increased in media exposure this year. Just seeing figures like Adrian Anderson, Demetriou at games shows that more respect is being shown to international footy. Also it seems to be more highlights this year on the news with the international footy especially on Fox Footy Channel and even the Herald Sun www.heraldsun.com.au/footy provide a little summary of events.

I'd estimate there were around 400 at TEAC Oval yesterday.

It felt like there were more people than at the Western Oval last time. And the crowds would have been split between the two grounds yesterday, whereas I think there were only games at the one ground last time.

Yeah, it was a pleasant surprise to see how many people rocked up to yesterday's matches.

From what I remember of the first cup, the crowds at TEAC yesterday were a bit bigger. But the weather was terrible; I suspect a nicer day would have brought even more people out.

Really enjoyed myself yesterday and had a nice vantage point behind the US players' bench during the second half. Can't wait until Saturday.
