Opinion If you had control of the AFL, what would your key objectives be?

Forgot to mention, clubs own contracts not players. Freedom to trade in/out whoever the * you want to, and hold onto anyone you want to hold onto. Time for vic metro kids to grow the * up.

this is such a huge bugbear. the AFLPA and individual players crap on about how it’s done in America in terms of what’s coming to them, but they will have none of the bad

I come in peace, this, this one in particular is a massive bugbear for me. The players keep pushing all the parts of American sport that benefits them and refuse to accept the parts that don't.

And don't get me started on the hissy fit they threw during Covid about taking a small pay cut whilst admin staff at their clubs were losing their jobs.

I honestly think the AFL in SA is dying, slowly, but it's dying.

Anyway I'll go now enjoy smashing us this weekend.
