Ok so I acknowledge I haven't paid a whole lotta attention to my AFL Fantasy season and for that I apologise in advance. However in 1 hour I still have no clue how to trade out a backman, move a DPP mid to the backline and purchase TomRock as a Mid?! Is it the 3 beers??? Surely not.. even though they are those big 500ml cans. Is it really meant to be this $%^&en hard or am I missing something that is clearly obvious to the rest of the fantasy world???

Any advice would be greatly appreciated... please
