Im Excited

I am really excited by how many mid fielder's we have on the books , how solid our back line looks and with the arrival of Vickory I'm excited at how good our forward line looks. I think our ruck division is our only soft spot but we all know that but surely Simmo , Patto , Vicko and maybe Angus and Browny can sort it out during the season.

I'm excited the football department has put immediate pressure on our mids to perform by recruiting Thompson and Hislop and I'm excited that Raines and Coughlan appear to be fit again and hopefully back to their best.

I'm excited that the footy department recruited Cousins both from a playing roster point of view and from a fiscal point of view. How ever it turns out I'm excited that we will be one of the few clubs that posts a profit this year.

I'm excited that all the new recruits will get to train with both Cousins and Andy Collins this year to see what professionalism on the training track is all about.

I'm excited that Matty White has a tank to go with his obvious speed. I'm excited that Reiwoldt will add more bulk to his frame this pre season and I can't wait to see him play in 09.

I'm excited that we are one of the quickest teams in the AFL this year and will play an explosive brand of footy that will simply run some clubs off their feet.
