I kinda like the cats for the 8 as well. Obviously I'll continue to hope the Tiges get a few wins on other team's off days but it's nice to have a proper team to follow at the business end as well.

It's 3 rounds and we're giving up. If we get up next week everyone will suddenly change and believe we're a finals chance. That's the Tiger spirit.

cant see us winning a game before round 9. by then the season will be over. heck, i cant see us winning our way out of a paper bag from what i saw last night. i dont know why but it doesnt seem to matter how good a kid you are, once you put on a richmond jumper you turn into crap. it seems the honeymoon is over and wallace will need to blood the kids and cut out the crap from our team. more pain ahead, but eventually the list will be turned over and we will have 50-100 games into our youngsters - then we will be competitive. i have remained optimistic for too long. im joining plsc on the dark side

I'm part of the same side but my point is when we do win a game we should still be looking at these poor efforts and know where our reality stands. We get too far ahead ourselves (last year) and with such a young unknown list we have absolutely no grounds too.

The only reason we are like that is because the club has given us nothing for 25 years. When we get a win we are full of hope, when we lose we get the same old feeling again. I think its unbelievable, that despite all the shit weve been through, all us richmond supporters are still going to games and buying memberships.

My dad says that every week, and yet well be watching the dogs pound the living daylights out of us next week. (wherever they are playing, hopefully the G)
Its hard boys and girls but we cant drop off now. Our main problem is still our older guys. they show no leadership at all and therefore they arent fast tracking our youngsters. when we fail this year get number 1 pick and hopefull a few more 1st rounders the delidios, polos etc will be paving the way for the next group of kids.

unless we find 3 or 4 midfielders who can not only find the ball but use it i cant see us winning more than 4 or 5 games this year after looking at the draw.
Don't get me wrong...losing is losing but.....
If we were getting belted by 50 points + every week I would be not so keen to watch...at least all 3 games were there for the taking.....the fact they weren't needs to be seriously looked at...but I'm still confident there are a quite a few wins to come this year! (maybe not make the eight though )

Still possible for 19 more wins to come.
Or a game against the Dee's.
One win can turn a team around pretty quickly. There is no doubt that Richmond have the players to make it into the eight, just don't seem to put four quaters together.

Dees were 0-3 last year I believe.
I'm very dark we lost last night, but all is not lost. We have shown at times that we can look OK to good. That will translate into wins in due course.
