We just need to continue trying to win games and developing a winning culture.
IMO, this is the bottom line. This is more important than any number one draft pick, and it needs to reverberate all through the club - from board level to the guys who take the field each week.
For far too long, near enough has always been good enough for the MFC. We have had a terrible culture.
As much of a freak as Naita seems to be, I'd happily pass him up knowing we're going to get a talented kid anyway, a kid who is going to come into the club knowing that not giving 100% each week is not good enough.
Provided we have the good enough men in the coaches box, whoever we draft should turn out to be a player.
