Nice to see they are remembering last years winner, Dan Wheldon. Saw an interview with his sister and dad just before. His sister is at the race with his wife but his dad refuses to watch anymore racing. Just too hard for him.

Conway does it far, far too often though. If this were an isolated incident then it'd be understandable but it's far from that.

I think it has to do with lifting off the throttle on the apex of the corner. It's why they are told to pick a spot and put your foot down. As soon as you lift off, your downforce is disrupted and it leaves your car at the mercy of centrifugal force.

Sato just tried to hard going into the first corner and couldn't hold it. Glad that Dario and Kanaan finished on the podium. Dan would be proud.
