On Danny Roach.

I know he played one game and was an early draft pick but was it simply a case of not good enough or did he have injury problems?

Any idea where he is playing now?

Gave up because he had injuries. (ie. a hip injury)

Went back to Tassie I think but I don't think he is playing after he gave us so much valuable service.

I want a refund.

Roach reminds me of another very early pick we had in the (Un)Shaw years.
A guy named Ben Wilson. He was our first pick (number 10) in 1994 I think.
He played 1 game and I think he got one kick.
Roach, Wilson, Olerenshaw and Bradley Plain all pick 10 or under.
And yet we have had some great picks from #40 on wards.

Wilson played 2 games for us and went to Sydney where he played 4 games as part of the Rocca deal to bring him here.

Now plays for Norwood in the SANFL as a key defender and goes alright at that level.

Oh gawd! Please don't mention that name! That name is so depressing to me.....It haunts me still that we took him with our number 7 pick...after trading King and our number 3 pick for McKee and we missed out on Pavlich...........
