few talented horses have gone through the ring in the last few days!!

• soi cowboy made $6,000. he was the horse who came 4th in the victoria derby a few years ago, and hasnt done a thing since
• tony noonans ex handy middle distance horse, postcode made $23,000
• mick prices mare change of class, who won a few mares races in melbourne was sold and made $44,000
• danny obriens kings champ, who strung about 5 in a row, and looked liked anything before going to the way side, was sold for $15,000
• david hayes bond street,which won over the spring carnival last year,who was being set for the goodwood, made $20,000
• old cool trent, who is past his best was sold for $16,500
• ian hutchins handy kendalay was sold for $18,000
• promising stayer mr splinters, who i think broke down last year after winning a few distance races in town, was sold by aqaunita for $12,000
• swinging babe who won the terang cup earlier in the year, is a daughter of encosta de lago and was sold for $130,000

nearly 1200 horses were sold over the week, many of them weanlings,mares, tried and untried horses.

I would think that Postcode if he can stand up would be a chance to pick some races esp at the Valley.
Tend to agree with Tim though, they are for sale for a reason.

Bond Street!!!!!!!!! Looked a very, very talented galloper late last year. Won at Moonee Valley and then again on Emirates day down the straight. A 3yo by Testa Rossa. I can't believe that he could only go for that unless he has problems. A steal if not.
