Too many to mention.

Have been able to run for about 6 weeks in the past 4-5 years.

Torn 3 out of the 4 rotator cuffs in left shoulder.
AC joint left shoulder.
Torn labrum left shoulder.
Torn pec minor, rhomboid L shoulder.
Dislocated ribs in left chest.
Degenerative arthritis in L shoulder.

2 discs in lower back.
Avulsion fracture in R ankle.
Stress fracture in R tibia.
Stress fracture in R lower foot.
2 Stress fractures in L mid foot.

Strained PCL and ACL.
5-6 tears in the semitendinosus.
Busted/ dislocated fingers.
Torn knee meniscus.

Currently awaiting ACL reconstruction.
Perhaps the most graphic injury I've had was dislocating my lower leg. That was just plain wrong. Put a depressed fracture in my femur at the same time.

The most serious being a very nasty concussion where a Neurologist told me stop playing contact sport. Still do but.

Why not start an original thread about something, say like, Powerbalance bands
