Okay.. i know i've been saying this all season waiting for injured players to make returns only to get new injuriesw.. but if we can manage to not get anymore injuries we can get our full side just at the right time.

Due to Return
Riewoldt - Rnd 17 (vs. Collingwood)
Penny - Rnd 17
Fiora - Rnd 17
Ferguson - Rnd 17
Hamill - Rnd 18 (vs. Melbourne)
Harvey - Rnd 18

With Koschitzke playing great football the last couple of weeks and Gehrig also doing well the st kilda forward line will have to worry a free falling melbourne if a Riewoldt and a very eager Hamill is added to that attack. As should any team that comes against us IF we can get these guys on the track without injuring other players. This could be a well timed run for the saints.
The St Kilda defence has done well this season so far aswell demonstarted by keeping Richmond to 37pts and only 1 goal in the second half in last weeks game. Stopping Campbell (in form) or Richardson from making an impacked on the game.
Not to mention the midfield... ball, dalsanto, hayes plus harvey returning.. the next couple of weeks could be the St Kilda side we have been waiting to see this season. IF and that is IF we dont get someone else injured.

Riewoldt round 17? that would mean he only missed 2 matches, which i seriously doubt. Source?

Very strange, no way should 2 weeks be for a fractured collarbone, the saints.com.au story hints that the doctors have no idea whether there is a crack there or not, but his recovery suggests a medium AC strain.

I remember GT's interview the day after the 'dogs game where he said re-scans showed a new fracture in the collarbone and he'd be 6 weeks.

'Unfortunate' as the saints have played better without him as captain :) Hopefully he gets fully match fit and we dont slump back into the "kick it to Riewoldt" that has plagued us this year when he has played.

Definately peaking at the right time and hopefully games against North Melbourne and Brisroy will prove it. Big wins against poor carlton, richmond, and soon collingwood won't mean much, seeing how we stand up to good teams and what kind of gameplans GT can come up with to beat sides like west-coast and port, who have traditionally out-coached us. (port that is, not WCE)

On 'the footy show' Riewoldt mentioned that the plate on his collarbone causes interference with the x-ray machine and the doctors can't tell whether there's a crack there or not.
