Have finally settled on a top 20, after studying this years junior footy over the past year i have finally come up with a top 20 i think is worth that $2000 prize. I have spoken to few scouts about this years draft before putting it up, so hopefully there information is correct.
1 Jack Trengove Mel - Is more level headed to handle the number 1 pick raps then scully, that is the only reason behind him being number 1.
2. Tom Scully Mel - Not much needed to be said, he will be a good AFL player, maybe great.
3. Anthony Morrabitto Rich - Quality player, some one with his height and ball winning skills is near impossibe to find. very much the best x factor player of the draft.
4. John Butcher Fre- Need someone to take the reigns from Pavlich in the years to come, thats my reasining behind Butcher going here. Also need another KPP.
5. Dustin Martin Kang- Gun, perfect fit for kangaroos, will play round 1 for them, his footskills will make him a ready made AFL player.
6. Gary Rohan Syd - Best avaliable sydney have a very unattractive midfield attacking wise, and someone of Rohans class can spice it up a abit, by being a goalkicking midfielder, who can also go foward.
7. Ben Cunnington WC- WC will love getting this kid, great player capable of anything.
8. Kane Lucas Port- Good strong bodied midfielder/half backer what port needs, someone capable of winning one on one footy.
9. Aaron Black Port- In need of tredrea sucsessor, and this man is the perfect fit.
10. Jake Melksham Ess - Intresting one, Essendon just strengthning their midfield.
11. Daniel Talia Mel- In need of talls, despretley.
12. Jake Carlisle Carl- In demand of key foward after some bloke left.
13. Lewis Jetta Adel - Adelaide just stergthinig their list, with a quality replacement for mecleod, goodwin and edwards.
14. Andrew Moore Syd - Losing Barry, C Bolton needs some desprate help down back Moore will feel the void.
15. Luke Tapscott Bull- They got alot players like him, but his the best pick avaliable at this time, good body sze and best long kick in the draft.
16. Ben Griffiths Port - Tall players are in high demand, thats why i ahve Griffiths going earlier then some other think.
17. Nathan Vardy Geel - Their one weakness is their ruck division, thats the reasonong behind Vardy's pick. Best Avaliable ruckman that isnt playing AFL already.
18. Ryan Bastinac MEL -Just fine tunning thier very good potetially great midfield stocks.
19. Matthew Panos Rich - I demand of a Full foward after Richo retirement.
20. Bradley Sheppard Fre - Fremantle love their local kids and this one is a gem, should be a good player for a long time.
The rest of the drart is a bit of a lottery, i think there will be alot of delisted AFL players picked up more than ever before and lookout for a few mature aged recruits e.g Sewell, Coad, Dennis Lane, Silvani and Allmond to be snapped up.
