Not surprised, some of those security people on the check ins take it way too far acting like they are custom officers at the airport, i saw one going full bore at a kid who was no more than 8 years old getting him to empty everything in his pockets. Those scan things are just rubbish, i have keys, phones, etc and it doesn't pick it up.
And anyway why didn't Jakey just walk around to a different gate and get in there.

To many of these wanna be security guards cant differentiate black from white, he obviously knows who king is, the police gave the all clear on the bag check, the police asked so 'whats the problem', and security says no 'ive made up my mind'....Ffs an absolute peanut, understand the situation apologize for being a dick and being on ur high horse....
This security guard should b withdrawn from anymore games at the G until he has intense re-training on problem solving and how to defuse a situation without making it worse...

Also, on the flip side why didnt Jake just ask for the manager/supervisor cause i have no doubt they would've let him in or simply go to another gate...

Does anyone know - does Jake King have some sort of role down at Richmond? He does go to a lot of the games (which is good) but its something not many former players do, which then leads me to ask if he does something down at Punt Road to support the team perhaps? I know last year he was seen with the Richmond Cheer Squad having a few beers with the crowd.

Also I think two weeks ago he was awarded the Homecoming Award. I think this season every Richmond home game there is a former RFC player who will get the Homecoming Award. How does a player get this award?

These security are just hopeless, i mean on saturday i got scanned by those fake scanners, but in one hand as they got me to spread my arms was a plastic bottle full of clear flammable liquid and in the other was a petrol soaked rag and a stove lighter, but because the scanner came up clean i got the all clear and in i go ready to burn down the G in case of another loss, luckily for them Lloydy kicked the goal after the siren just as i was feeding the rag into the bottle and had the flame ready to go.

I don't have a face tat but have hand ones and people look at me like I'm death.

I usually say a swear word to them in German or tagalog., or just a good middle finger
