Didn't some one say a few weeks ago he was having knee trouble so he couldn't do the GF sprint?

Lids had to get his knee repaired after tearing the menicus IIRC.

Correct, we could have done the surgery then and he would have missed the rest of 2008.

Couldnt agree more. Touted as some excuse to try and make the game compete in the international category with the other codes. They'd do better to select 2 teams from the top 50 players and play a demonstration game in one of the countries where the game is actually growing. Different country each year maybe. They wouldnt be as adventurous after dark in Papua New Guinea..lmao This is just an excuse for a paid holiday for some hangers on, and a chance to get untidy in Europe.

If you say "turds" in Ireland they'll just think your saying "thirds" anyway...f.e. "Oh beggorrah, tat Coburg reserves team are bein' Richmond's turds..."
 
Please don't play Foley - we pay our Richmond Membership to watch the Tiger players play AFL Football in a competition that means something!
The last thing we need is some Irish postman leaving Nathan Foley with a BROKEN LEG, BROKEN JAW OR KNEE RECONSTRUCTION!!!

Its a typo. Foley is named in the side on AFL on the bench between Brennan and Hayden. :thumbsu:

Personally, I think its great to have Tigers in this. Injuries can and do happen everywhere. The chances of one of them happening to Foley is minimal, but if it does, its just bad luck.

Im sure given the option, Foley would love to play the game. :thumbsu:
