Perhaps the club can market your replacement JR8 more now that he has won the Coleman, just about the only thing our club has won over the past 30 years, we might as well make some $$$$ out of Jack's award.

I think we have a great young group as a whole that's marketable, and Jack has said in the past he doesn't want to come across as arrogant or getting ahead of himself.

When those details are released we'll let you know, but I can definitely bring it up. Obviously we have put a great deal of resources into Craigieburn, we'd like to help it succeed.
 
I've created a sticky thread titled 'Questions/suggestions for RFC Official'.
Perhaps we can direct all questions and suggestions to him in that thread, that way it will stay in the one thread at top of the page. Popcap has asked the first question in that thread.

Easy on CNB , If they change the logo i will have to get my tatt redone, why dont they just add stars to represent the premierships, a lot less painfull for me.:p

We mentioned it in the chat last week on the B&F but yes we are officially on BigFooty and are hear to listen to ideas/suggestions/etc.

We are going to start putting a bigger emphasis off the field on the opportunities that the internet can offer, and places like Facebook/Twitter but also message boards like BigFooty are part of that.

Please be aware we are here to take any feedback to ways we can improve in marketing and fan activities and would love to hear initatives you would like to see and other things alone those lines...however I am not the coach, so on-field talk won't do much good. :)

i was the person who asked you if you ever post on bf on the best&fairest night and suspected you did,
its great to here that there is a person from the club that actually has an intrest in the followers thoughts.

there are things that we always want to know but have not been able to get the answers feom the club in the past which we hope may be possible now.

the thing that really gets up my nose is just the most basic imformation on the richmond website that doesnt get updated like the players weight/height etc this sort of things should be updated at the start of every year.

welcome onboard & its good to see the club thinking of the fans :thumbsu:

rfc official , dont listen to him, on behalf of all platinum members i urge the club to be contemporary , don't go BACK.. and incidently there's nothing the hell wrong with the current one:eek:

Welcome aboard RFC Official, FWIW I think the club is doing a tremendous job at the moment and surely onfield success is not too far away!
 
Could you shed any light on Richard Tamblings current contract situation. Not asking for any confidential list management stuff, but there are rumours going around he is uncontracted, but alot of people say he signed a contract last year. If you know he signed a contract last year because there was an article or something, could you point me in the right direction to view it. I am very keen to get Richy to stay and although the rumour was started by some random I would like to know if he did sign last year.

Second wanting Richie to stay. Got a lot of rescpect for him and obviously when fit can play the game to a high standard. Would be nice to quash the rumours.

umm RFC...where are we likely to see Vickery play next year, he's a real nowhere man right now, a serious pre season pulling tractor tyres up sand dunes will do him no end of good with some intense work on catching the ball
 
I have a stong feeling that we will all get nothing from 'Official' that we dont already know..

Guys, I think you misunderstand, as RFC Official said he is not here to talk about onfield aspects, that would include list management questions etc, nor do I think he is here to provide gossip. Rather, to get a feel from the bigfooty community on opinions concerning the general health of the RFC.

tugg has just put on his mod cap and is all over it like a cheap suit...get those stickies happening tugg....you have to uphold the RT tradition.
Oh and dont forget those Official type threads too...i.e the Official ask an Official question to RFC_Official thread. ;)

That sums it up pretty well.

Traditionally you guys had to come to us, it was a one way street, now we're coming to you and finding you. Facebook/Twitter/Chats/Forums etc, we're across all platforms.

And yeah there is a lot of footy list stuff that I can't answer, but I will answer as much as I can. I'm not a "stig" like character, people in here know who I am so if I started leaking stuff that wouldn't be too good would it!
