Yup. Walked 5kms to the East Perth waterfront and the servers go down just as I arrive. Walking home now in an almighty rage.

Read the OP for incense not working. When you turn your incense on does it start from 30 mins or 28.5 mins?

Was anyone else having problems with pokestops loading this morning? I went to about half a dozen that struggled to load, gave me nothing when I spun them and "try again later" afterwards. Bloody annoying when you're sitting on 3 great balls and 1 poke ball...

Incense doesn't affect the nearby pokemon. Though that would be nice.

It just makes the odd (common) pokemon appear next to you, surrounded but the same incense cloud as you are.

I mean I use it when travelling and get good pokemon kinda between the pokestops. Don't use it when you're sitting at home and not moving.

had this issue every morning, then once it is up, my pokemon always freeze in the pokeball.

It's the servers.

Servers are crashing because it was not made to handle all the extra people signing in who have illegally downloaded the game.
