These two options really cancel themselves out because if you barrack for essendon generally as a rule that also means there deluded, and if you dont barrack for essendon and think his slim you are lying to yourself, so that makes two options in my book.

he did arrive at Windy Hill a few kg's overweight but he has since lost it. I guess Rioli should learn something from Cole, anyone can lose weight and don't use it as an excuse
